FIACLE Nooruz Zaman of Sankara Eye Hospital in India captured this image with an iPhone 6s under low magnification and diffuse illumination using a Topcon slit lamp. This patient visited the clinic to collect her contact lenses. On slit-lamp examination two soft lenses were found in each eye. History revealed that she was confused about the previous night’s removal of contact lenses due to a hectic schedule. The next morning she wore another pair thinking she might have misplaced her lenses. The patient had low refractive error: -0.75 DS in each eye. Hence she did not have vision-related complaints despite being over corrected in each eye.
