Applications are fillable PDFs – download, save, reopen, insert data, save and email to the appropriate IACLE Administrator.

Processing of applications can be done in a timely manner when all required information is received. Once you are confirmed eligible you will be asked to proceed with making your online membership payment.

Annual Membership Fee

We calculate the membership fees based upon what we call the Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) Grouping which is a pricing structure based on country economic demographics.

To figure out the membership fee which applies to you, follow the instructions for locating your country (the country you live in on a permanent basis) within the PPP Grouping. Once you have your PPP Group number you need to refer to the table below and choose the membership category you classify for.

Example, a person from India wants to join IACLE as a Full Member.  The person would search for India under the Asia Pacific region in the PPP list and find that India is classified in PPP Group 1.  Referring to the table below they must choose the appropriate membership type, in this example, Full Member. Therefore their annual membership fee is US$30.

Late fee appeal

If you wish to appeal your late fee, please email a formal request, providing a detailed explanation why to support your appeal to have IACLE waive the late fee, to Executive Manager of Global Operations, Siobhan Allen at Your request will be forwarded to the IACLE Board of Directors for review and you will be advised of their decision in writing.

Payment Processing Options


Members are provided with an email containing a link to a secure site to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). We use a Canadian e-commerce company called PSiGate who processes payments.

If you experience any problems paying, please contact your bank first as you may need to seek clearance for the transaction to be approved by your bank.

The following alternate payment methods are available – please note using any of these options require extra action


Can be made in person at your local IACLE office (please do NOT mail/post cash).

BANK TRANSFER (fee applies)

Some offices have a local bank account such as our offices in India, Korea and China. All other transfers must be sent to our head office account in Canada. Please note that IACLE is charged approximately US$30 in bank fees on all wire transfers received in our Canadian bank account. Therefore, transferring funds to this account incurs a US$30 fee on top of your invoice total.

Example – if your annual fee is US$100, you are required to send US$130 in total.  Sending just US$100 via direct transfer will result in an insufficient amount being received by IACLE.

A payment description such as your first and last name must be provided and we also request an email be sent to us informing on the day the transaction was made and the amount sent. If we do not receive notice (email) or a name is not provided with the transaction we may not be able to assign the payment to a particular member and you will continue to receive invoice reminders.

IACLE does not provide refunds for change of mind or if a member chooses to cancel their membership and or participation in a paid program such as the IACLE Fellowship Exam.
